It seems that when WRX's were new, you sorta had to have a certain appreciation for the car to go drop $25K+ on one. This appreciation, for the most part, precluded doing such things to it.
Now that used WRX's can be had for $12-13K or even less, it lowers the appreciation level to a point where this crap happens.
I think that's why they call it DEPRECIATION.

sad to say but WRX's are the new Civics, if not now, then in 5 years.
