Longshot - ESRI ArcInfo 9.3.1 Workstation
Hey, does anyone have access to a ArcInfo 9.3.1 workstation? I'm trying to create a complex buffer with varying widths... my piddly GIS license doesn't do this... QGIS isn't much help either.

Yes I do.....but our workstations are very buys right now in the creation of 3D terrain generation. Im also @ 33,000 feet right now traveling on business. Need help soon?

Hey, not needed immediately - sometime in the next 2 or so weeks. I'm trying to take care of it at Cal first, but I'd like to have a contingency plan ready.
