Local Viper Alarm dealer or installer

I'm looking for a local place that installs Viper alarms (model 791xv). I wanted to make some changes to my alarm but the instructions/documentation all say to refer to a Viper dealer or installer. A couple examples would be changing the alarm siren tone or adjusting the timer on the turbo timer function. A friend of a friend did the initial installation but I am having a hard time reaching him. I also need to purchase a replacement remote as well. Anyone have a recommendation? Anyone know or have instructions on how to program the alarm? Thanks.

I think this is misclassified. Don't worry, a mod will come around and move it.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. Mods, my apologies. Could you please move this to the bay area forum instead? Thanks.
