Local shops for filling and drilling a set of wheels

Anyone ever had this done localy? How was your experience? and what was the cost? thanks.

I would feel safer with a wheel that a quality shop welded shut the original bolt holes and drilled the new pattern in its place. Over running a spacer/adapter that is an inch thick.
