local rubbage help pls!

ok so i bought the rims and tires off a fellow i-clubber here.

the rim/tire setup is:

17x7 +40 offset wrapped in 215/50r17 tires.

i have an 05 legacy w/ tein h-techs keeping her up. the rear tires are rubbing on the outer fender.

my question goes:

would rolling the fenders help? and if so, does anyone know if auto innovations or MPJ does such a service or any other shop close by milpitas/san jose i can get it done tommorow.

-- OR --

should i shove my stock springs back in place and maybe that'll solve the issue?

what do you guys think?

here's a pic of the rubbage:

edit: pics fixed

rolling the fenders will fix the rubbing issue. you really should have bought a wheel with a higher offset though. +40 is really low for a subaru, gives a flush look but you pay for it with the rubbing.
