Yep, some of us are already well down that road, trying not to go further...
Back to the wheel, i eventually got the GTspec leather D wheel over the prova, because of cheapness & i was just too worried about messing up alcantara, i'm not scrupulous about washing hands after working on the car & figured i'd end up making the wheel oily & dirty.
The GTSpec has been fantastic, one of the better things i did to the car

Paid 559$ for it from SMY.. DAMD wheel (with Leather).

GTSpec wheel are also slightly cheaper, around 490$. Pretty much about the same functionality wise.. I believe it's slightly larger, and has bumps at the 9 and 3 o-clock positions.

Difference between the two (from IWSTI)

GT Spec D-Shaped Steering Wheel

Height: 13.44" / 341.31mm
Width: 14.0" / 355.60mm
Weight: 3lb 5.2oz / 1.512kg
Length of "Flat Bottom" (Measured from start of bend / seam): 5.125" or 130.176mm

Prova/DAMD D-Shaped Steering Wheel

Height: 13.25" or 336.55mm
Width: 14.0" or 355.60mm
Weight: 3lb 5.6oz or 1.518kg
Length of "Flat Bottom" (Measured from start of bend / seam): 6.375" / 161.926mm

i had the prova (bought it used), and sold it to buy the gt spec. the alcantera got a bit... sticky after months of use, and the gt spec is much lower maintenance. i like the leather versions better... although the gt spec leather is wearing down on some of the high touch areas (i had it for like 3 years now?)

That's where I got mine from. Shipping wasn't bad either. Ordered mine on a Sunday and it arrived that Friday.
