I have a cell phone that is locked to the AT&T network and I need to get it unlocked so I can use it with my cingular service.

Is there anyone locally that can do this?

I tried the searching, but didn't come up with much.

Any help would be appreciated.

try going to a place that "soups" up cell phones. Mostly the asian stores that help u change leds, light up batteries, face plates. THose places will most likely have someone to do it.
