Thumbs down Livermore Subaru - Bad Mojo

Here's a story from a friend of mine. This is the kind of thing that makes me sick.

Choice E, no doubt about it.

That sucks, I hope everything works out for him.

Boo to dealerships that want to be shady. Why is it so hard to run a dealership and be above the board and honest?

This is exactly what small claims court is for. First, get it repaired where you want and keep the receipts. Then if they refuse to pay for it, go to small claims. You have to have already been out money to sue someone.

Thats not too cool. Last saturday I just bought an 04' WRX from Livermore honda and havent had to have any service done yet. If something goes wrong i'll be sure to file a complaint. Good luck with getting everything back to normal.-Todd-
