Too bad my camera battery died on the dirt portion, so I didn't get any video footage, or it would have been posted by now.
LOL - we're not THAT maniacal. Just wait for the video - shows us sliding around the corners a little bit, driving at reasonable speeds - nothing too outrageous, just kicking up dust and having fun.

I am definitely down for the next one! I have heard about those roads but never gotten to check them out, unfortunately. Maybe I can get my friend to bring his M3 too...
I don't have much more. I did get a few of that beautiful M3. I will post later. I would of taken some video but I lost my camera spot to a co pilot. Next time we will get the corner drift pics. As long as our friend with the tractor isn't awaiting around a corner to smash us to pieces.

...which makes for at least 8 hours of driving, and more than a tank of gas.

I didn't speed up the video. Shot in real time, only removed wind noise and added cheesy music track.
No braking. No crossing double solid yellow line.

BTW, that was most of what came out from those images I took.
I had some with some action blur due to slow shutter speed and lack of panning properly.

Hwy 101 to Hwy 128 to Mountain House Rd. to Hwy 101 to Hwy 175 to Lakeport. Stop over for lunch, then drive out Highland Springs Drive until you get to the fork in the road. Stay right and have fun - it becomes dirt and runs right down to Hwy 175 just below the Sho Ka Wah casino.

Oh, he's got video. I'm looking forward to some of it. If you want to see the video of this road, driven the other way, I have that available. Make sure to turn down your sound, or get Initial D blasted into your brain:
