my hks hi power passed the dB test.
and my car passed smog

but the state ref has not signed off cause of my intake and bov. he says that they are not state legal, something about it not being in the computers...
so i have to go back with oem parts

does anyone have a stock airbox and by pass valve laying around that they can lend me?
i live a block away from cunningham park/raging waters in sj

I have the stock BPV but no elbow that goes into the recirc hose, I can lend you that if you want
