Thanks for the heads up. Haven't noticed my v1 going off more than usual in san jose but still good to know.

Not 100% but I think you're eligible for traffic school as long as you're not 20+ over the speed limit. I tried to google it really quick but couldn't find any definitive answers for you.

As long as you didn't get cited for anything major like reckless driving or DUI, then I would imagine you would get the option for traffic school like any other speeding ticket.

If they fail to offer it to you (and I can't see why), then you can always go to court and request traffic school from the judge.

I've had too tickets and both of them were for doing 80 in a 65. I went to traffic school for both.

i believe they allow you to take traffic school as long as your speed is under +20mph, so if your going 85mph or less you should be good. my last ticket that's was the chp officer explained to me.

you can goto traffic school for any speed as long as the judge lets you or they give you that option in the mail.

If you noticed increased activity starting yesterday, it was probably to get people to stop being retards especially when it is raining.

If you don't want a speeding ticket, don't speed.

I can't speed and also not want a ticket? I don't think they're mutually exclusive

I got a ticket a couple months ago, and it stated on there that 25 over was the highest allowable for traffic school. This was in kings city, could be different for san jose.
