Hey guys i got my license suspended for two weeks from the pleasanton court.

Its suspended from the 18th to the 2nd.

Does that mean i can drive on the 2nd or i have to wait till the third?

assuming you meant it started april 18th...

Starting from 18th being a full day, count 14 days on a calender and you land on the 1st being the 14th day, meaning you are 1 minute from driving at 11:59 PM on the 1st

 

if they mean like the 10 day waiting period when you buy guns, it mean ten 24-hour periods.

but in the OP's case, the dates are INCLUSIVE so when the clock strikes 12:01 AM on 18th, NO DRIVING. and it goes until 2nd, 11:59PM.

for some weird reason, certain places doesnt say where 12:00 midnight falls to. previous day or the current day...
