I have the same Perrin license plate cover on my car from when my STi was registered in a state that didn't require front plates.

I've also seen interesting ones that tilt. Open to those too.

does the dealer provide front brackets for the license plate, I was told that I have to get my own?

i have ordered the relocation kit already, Just looking for a delete now.

 

I ended up getting the relocation kit 2 months after my first post and getting a Perrin plate delete. lol.

Everything still looks brand new after all this time. The perrin one looks great on black cars
