LIC motorsports EJ20 Conversion#1 seeking.....
Sleek sexy new body for one smoking hot engine.
Engine enjoys hard throttle, drifting, drag racing, and daily transportation.
Must be 2dr, preferably with blown engine, good body.
After 4 years of abuse, love, and all out suby affair, Adam (a.k.a. McGyver), owner and operator of LIC Motorsports, has ended the life of Conversion #1. A simple trip to Petaluma for a Birthday party in the rain, resulted in a confrontation with a guard rail. Luckily, Adam and his fiance made it out with minimal injuries. The car on the other hand is worse. The rear end is pushed up and in. The repair estimate is far more than the value of the car. The car runs and drives, and the engine will live on in another car.
Conversion #1 aka "Mystery Machine" RIP.

Yeah, it doesn't look that bad. But the rear end is all jacked up.
Adam would drive it, but missing a headlight and taillight would get him in some trouble.
Who knows, the car might get grafted with another and become a full track car? We shall see.

How much do you guys want for the complete motor? I've been looking to buy a EJ20 for a while now to put in my 99 2.5RS Please shoot me a PM. On the other hand I'm really sorry to see what happened. My car alllmost got totaled back in december when I got rear ened by a pickup, but luckily it was fixable. RIP conversion 1

The "seeking" thing was just a joke or farwell to the "Mystery Machine".

Aw man, sorry to see it go. Glad Adam and his fiance were okay though. That's the most important thing. Best of luck finding another GC or at least a Legacy to put that motor in!
