lol so anyone have an idea where we can do this? I'd love to work with everyone on their car and also get some help on mine. We just need a practical place. Maybe somewhere were we can work in the shade.

 

Well to be honest, going to someone's place is kinda wrecking with they're property, like causing trouble for their neighbor's and all that. But also if we go to some remote location, trouble of cops and such. I would say though honestly the best place to do something like this has to be treasure island....hands down the most remote location to do it. Let me know what your inputs are on this.

Yeah cause that place is barely occupied and the spacing is wide enough to have a lot of people there. Cops usually don't bother us unless obviously some idiot does a burn out or races....so yeah it seems like the most legit spot to hold something like a big get together to fix our cars.

 

cool. Anyone wanna do this sometime between 7/1 -7/8? I just suggest that time cause I have PTO vacation time off and I'd love to get paid while im working on my car. lol... It will also give ppl time to get their parts and stuff ready.

sounds cool, but there is no way you will get away with doing any work in any parking lot that isnt yours, especially a valve gaskget change LOL no matter what, oil always finds its way to the ground, and i wouldnt be suprised if you got fined for it.

but yeah i have an oil leak somewhere that i need to solve.

 

heh...see thats what I was thinking too! maybe Ill just do suspension/handling upgrades then. Ill do the oil change and stuff at my uncle's house.

 

I thikn there was another thread that gauge interest in a install meet but never got off the ground. I thikn the same people would be interested. I d be down to help if i'm in the city
