He's not selling it, there's no reason to. What's going to replace it in the same price range?
The motor really never blew up, just going out. Loss of power over time. Compression was 215 on both the Passenger side and 130ish on drivers side. Maybe ring lands, leakdown is coming from the block, no valves or head gaskets leaking. Sucks cause this motor never burned a drop of oil and the pistons and plugs look good and clean.
Just need a WRX motor, got the rest of the parts here. We should talk Mike.
JDM WRX 2.0 with GT 5 speed would be a good combo. Or even stock USDM WRX if any are available. Just need to clear some cars out and get 'er done.
I already put a stock 98 RS motor in it, so it's good to go for a while.

HERE's an UPDATE I got a stock RS motor....wow I think 1998 called and it wants it motor back...
