The guy's going to to a state prison for a minimum of five years maybe longer. There are gang bangers that do less time for "accidentally" killing innocent bystanders. I think the verdict was just. He accidentally killed Grant, I don't think he went to work that day saying that he was gonna find an excuse to kill someone. Innocent people die everyday in car accidents and are found guilty of involuntary manslaughter and are given probation. Because a gun was involved, he will do 5-14 years. IMO the punishment fits the crime.

the guy was a douchebag, fighting on the bart train. Not first offense ****ing who cares, only losers who have nothing better to do. they should get a life instead of threatening rioting.People get killed all the time. Theres a reason no one wants to be a cop in oakland
