The Late Night Snacks Thread: Meals from 11:00pm-5am
When you're laying in bed and can't sleep due to hunger, or when you're out late and need something before bed regardless of the fact that it's 2am, what do you eat?
My meals vary from granola bars to bbq as seen below, taken from the cook book "How To Serve Man".
3am bbq in my backyard.
Some medium thick fillets & custom seasoning/rub

4 1/2 mins on each side on HIGH heat, closed lid on BBQ (you have to be exact on time!)

Cooked to my exact standards. My camera phone robs my pics of colors!

Not pictured:
1. Bush's Grilling Beans - Smokehouse flavor. You can see the actual can in the first pic
2. Freshly baked french bread
3. Man

My common mid night snacks are:
1. Raisin Bran with fat free milk
2. Grilled Cheese Sammy
3. PB&J on super soft white bread
4. Cocoa Pebbles with fat free milk
5. McDonalds small original hamburgers with extra onions, extra ketchup, and no pickles, anywhere from 2 to 5 of them. Hits the spot just right. I normally hate the golden arches but love their little hamburgers.

The steaks were REALLY, REALLY good... I was also really hungry so I scarfed over a pound of steak down with a half a can of beans and a half loaf of safeway french bread.
Now Im so full I feel like falling asleep.

I often find myself hungry at night, usually beyond 11pm...
here's my list: chips, peanut butter toast (really good...), or perhaps a sandwich if I can find the ham

Same here man... I'm not always super hungry in the day, but as soon as 11:00pm rolls around, it's like BAM!!! NEED FOOD!!!
BTW, I forgot to add in the occasional Milky Way candy bar when my sweet tooth is calling. You just can't go wrong with a classic.
