Late afternoon drive; Anyone?

I feel like an idiot, I am an idiot. That's besides the point. Anyway, I moved to San Jose last summer and never really did any exploring. Checking out google maps I realized there are lots of fun looking roads in my general area (Blossom Hill and Almaden. I was going to head into the hill to check some out this afternoon. Nothing crazy, (only because I don't know the roads) but a decent pace. I'd like to have someone tag along to shoot the ish and show me around. I was going to start at the end of Almaden to Hicks and see what's up. Anyone wanna come along?

Hmm nah just a few big dips on the last big turn coming down. I swear tho im always in 2nd-3rd (manual shifting auto) gear on pagemill every 1/4 mile is totally diff than the last. but pagemill is pretty clean. just dont bike on it..lol on the way down the residents hate the riders iv'e been told that some residents actually put coolant/anti freeze on the road to try and eff up the riders..they hate them!

I had a nice ride. That road is freakin' crazy> Bumpy as all hell, no shoulder, if you have an off you're goin' for a swim in many spots. My car is a sideways swingin' ****. Pretty sketchy in a couple of parts. DO NOT attempt a little gravel fun in the parking lot at Umunum. There's huge speed bumps disguised. I did see a black '07 park up there. It was a short run, but fun. I'm not a big fan of mashing by my self. I'd hate to be up there alone and "run out of talent". I'll do some more exploring and eventually find some nice runs. A long time ago a bunch of us took off from a Wed night meet and went for a late night run. It was some where down here. I can't remember where.
