Laid off.

Accurate Mailings inc, the company I work for, just announced we are closing the doors this Friday. The mailing industry as a whole is doing poorly. I will be ok but I mostly feel bad for my friend Scott, CEO and majority owner, It has been a family business his father started.

Anyone got a lead on a job lol?

Here at Accurate Mailings I am the supervising mechanic. Started 3 years ago with no training in the field and kinda had to wing it. Taught myself to read wiring diagrams and schematics to fix whatever was broken. For 10 years before this I worked in special event production building sets and installing crazy stuff for private parties. I also would do stagehand/backline work for concerts.

Been there, it sucks... sry to hear that.

Have any experience with skis or snowboards or even just outdoor apparel?

Pretty sure we're still hiring at Any Mountain. Might not be the pay you're looking for but let me know.
