This is the recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1½ pounds trout fillet
1/3 cup of flour
1 tbsp. butter
1tbsp. olive oil
6 cloves of garlic (skinned and cut in half)
1 tbsp. Parsley (dried)
1 tbsp. Paprika (dried)
2 tbsp. Lime juice
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
2 paper towels
1 plate
DIRECTIONS
Mix butter, olive oil, garlic, parsley, paprika, and lime juice in a blender
Wash and pat dry the fish.
Make sure there are no large bones in the fillet
Heat olive oil in a medium pan just below the smoking point
Dust trout fillet in flour
Dip trout in Butter, olive oil, etc. mixture
Cook on each side for 4-5 minutes until brown
Drain on a plate with a paper towel
Serve

I voted for the guy, but he really needs more command in his voice and speak louder. That's just me as a viewer (...and someone who watches Food Network 3 hours a day, LOL). I met the dude, I think? He just bought a swapped RS not too long ago? Cool dude. I hope it's who I think it is. I met someone at UCKK that was going to culinary art school and wanted to make a series of internet cooking shows.
