I said it before and I'll say it again. Those pics are effing INCREDIBLE!!!
I think this goes beyond having a nice camera. I think this guy knows what he's doing!! haha
I really don't know a whole lot about photography but it looks like the shutter speed was pretty slow on a couple of those. How comparable is digital "film" to real film in that you have to use a certain kind of film if you're going to use a certain shutter speed or it'll turn out like crap?
EDIT: Man on that first pic, I can see the trees in the background and the white specs in the pavement as well as I can see the light bouncing off the grease marks on the side of the car. You don't see pics like that every day.

It is funny that at night time the camera will forgive a missing quarter panel but will show every fingerprint and paint swirl. LOL I think next week will probably be my last session with the I-Club there at Krispy Kreme. It is time to find another group to photograph.
Next week pick a spot where you can back in most of the cars in a single line. Try to get your cars as even as possible (line up the front bumpers)

Feel free to drop me a notice of special events you may have planned. Some wanted me to do photos of project cars, autox events and track shots. bdougr@pacbell.net
If you guys want individual or group portraits I can arrange them for low costs. ~$40 for unframed 12x18.
A great event you guys may like is to arrange special patio parking at BlackHawk Auto museum. We just called the manager one month in advance and they let us arrange our cars in a great location. They do expect the people to go into the museum but it is well worth it. ($6)

I have to get tires for my wheel so he'll want to take pictures of my car!
That picture of my car looks great but as usual I got upstaged by Aya. I guess I'll have to try to make it next Tuesday too.
Thanks for taking the pics. They're fantastic. As somebody posted earlier, photography is more than just the equipment!
