Go TWolfs about time KG got somewhere. He deserves that ring more than the frontrunning malone and payton. In my mind, they are both sellouts.

It doesn't matter what happened last game. help or no help it was a close game and you got to go up dunk or get a foul.
hindsight is always 20/20, so it is futile for either of us to debate over what "should've been" or "could've been."

True, in a tight game, like tonights, one or two plays can decide the outcome. However, again, my point is that it shouldn't have come down to that point. If Peja, Bibby, or ANYONE would've knocked down a couple shots like they're expected to do (as fellow All Stars), all of the flack C-Webb's getting wouldn't be.

Having said that though, C-Webb is the leader of the Kings and STILL is their BEST player even in his weakened state. He had the opportunities to make plays that clutch superstars, like MJ, KOBE , and other chosen few often make, but C-Webb didn't. So, yes, he'll have to live with his failure to come through. I hope it doesn't affect him in the future too, but sadly, his track record reflects that he does let the past haunt him. I wish him the best tho.

no offense, man, but you couldn't be more wrong. KG showed he was a real man and a true leader by not caving in to Peeler's BIA attempt at getting him thrown out of the last game and suspended for tonight's. The guy 1/2 his size will be ***** slapping himself at home while he's watching KG and everyone else play on!

It's the same old story. The Kings can't win game 7 at home or on the road. Changes need to be made in Sac town.

Lakers will have an easier time with the wolves because of the match ups.

Lakers in 6.

I woke up this morning wondering if it was all just a bad dream. But it wasnt... man, I wonder how our team is feeling this morning.

Here is the thing. We should attribute this loss to the downward spiral at the end of the season. If we had beat loser teams like the Suns and GState, we would have been in a better position to take home court.

Another thing. If I am going to pin this on somebody it has to be Peja. Dude failed us again in the play-offs. I mean 3-14 or some crap like that? No excuse for that kind of performance. When it was his time to play at an all-star level, he played like a bum. Adelman should have benched him after the half.

It comes down to the pucker-factor. For those who dont know what the heck I am tlaking about, this is a way to measure one's ability to handle high-stress situations. I will avoid going into a rant, but basically the Kings have a high pucker factor and teams like the Lakers have a low pucker factor. We need players whose puckers dont get tight in tense situations. I say we overhaul and bring in some warriors (not GState) to battle in the post-season.

My .02, and I am out

And Smooth, thanks for the consolation. I still hope your team gets it handed to them

Cassell and Rush the only reason i want to watch the series i could give a **** who wins.

I thought KG did the right thing. Whether he would have done the same in a regular season game, maybe, but the results would have been the same. other guy get suspended while he plays and get wins. KG a good player? it was game 7 and look what he did. 6'13" and can play 1-5.

I think the Wolves will give LA a pretty good run IF Cassell is 100%. With Wally back, it changes the way the Wolves play quite a bit.

With that said, I think the Kings would've been done in 5 or 6 games because if they would've won the Pacific, they would be in the Spurs bracket. And the Spurs are a great defensive team. And don't say the Kings would have made an adjustment on D like the Lakers did because they wouldn't have. The Kings aren't a Defensive minded team. They beat you by out-scoring you. But you can't score without the ball and the Spurs are so fundamentally sound that it would take the opponents to play a perfect game every night (and a luck shot to go in with .4 secs left on the clock) to beat them...
In any rate, I wanted to see the Lakers/Kings go at it again because those teams match up well against each other. But the Lakers with the "star" power would win in 6.

Yeah I'm sorry the kings lost. I really wanted them to play the LAKERS.
Now I guess the LAKERS will have a good team to play. They will have to really play good b-ball now.

PS If the LAKERS suck then what about the kings?????????
hahaha I guess they did go home haha

the lakers have one of the best coaches ever to coach pro ball, one of the biggest big men to dominate the game, one of the marquee guards, and two hall of famers.

they dont suck... but the fact of the matter is over half of their fans are fans because of the aforementioned reasons. i love my team because they are a team. you love your team cause its all bling bling. well, i hope you have a back-up in place cause next year there will be no lakers. and its gonna be tough to find an All-NBA squad such as the one you are presently rooting for.

But hey, who needs another team? Just root for whatever team gets the best free agents next season. Later sell out

Who the hell are you calling a sell out? You don't know me. All you name-callers out there, just a reminder...it's just a GAME!!!

I'm sick & tired of trying to defend my love for the Lakers. You can be a Kings fan all you want, that is your business but don't hate on people who like the Lakers (for whatever reason) just because you think they are "bandwagon" fans. What's it to you? Who are you, the "fan Police"? So if the team you like doesn't make it past a certain point in the playoffs, you go out and start calling people whatever you want? That's childish bro. Anyway, it's just a game. It's just for entertainment purposes. SO let's just all relax and enjoy the rest of the playoffs as it is far from over...

Believe me, Sac fans, I know how you guys are feeling right now. I felt the same way last year after the Lake Show got prematurely booted out of the Playoffs by the Spurs. But, the Lakers didn't deserve to win then, and no offense, but the Kings didn't yesterday.

Again, I wanted Sac to win, but with C-Webb being basically the only guy to show, things were looking very bad for them. Peja, Bibby, Miller, and the Sac bench needed to step up and contribute, but unfortunately they didn't. So, it basically came down to a battle between KG & C-Webb, and the healthier Garnett just was able to carry his team a little farther.

I'll save my additional constructive criticism of the Kings for a better time, but frankly, they do need to make some changes if they want to continue to be considered a championship hunt worthy team, and more so, take themselves to the next level of having a real chance of winning one.

On that note, I'll sign off by addressing your last comment, dub.........

You're welcome for the sentiment, man, and thanks for yours. it is nice to have dreams, but it just AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN!!?

bro,

your post was not directly above mine and i wasnt responding to your post. relax ... plus im pissed so im venting.

i cant think straight right now. man i hate losing.

and smooth, you are right. it is all over the the radio this morning in Sac about what should change. some are calling for webbers head, whie others are saying trade peja. personally, i cant stand it when key players choke in the play-offs. it happens, but when it happens EVERY TIME it is not acceptable. i say ship peja out and bring in a player with some grit
