i use my iphone and navigon for that and it plays the directions thru the speakers while listening to music just doesn't show it on the screen

most navi systems are a joke if you ask me... always having to update them and what not

Would you happen to have an iPhone 4?? I have the same model ad looking at getting the iPod hook up. But no one sells locally..so I don't wanna order the cable unless I know it'll work/compatible with the iPhone 4...
