Saw the PM - I don't know where they caught the driver...
I'm just an interested bystander who hates people who commit fraud in the transportation industry

Update - from the owner of the Camaro
So in short, Rabah continues to operate with virtual impunity and Warhorse had to part out his car.

Update 5/19/2016
Thought I'd post an update on the Nathan Rabah, Med Express Transport story. I talked to the Alameda County D.A. in charge of the investigation and found out that they are still investigating. They raided Rabah's $1.5 million home earlier in the year. The D.A. also informed me that KTVU 2 did a second story on Rabah and his company in February 2016. Here's the text for the link:
2 Investigates: Uninsured, unregistered medical vans still on the road | KTVU
As for my poor Camaro, after delving deeper into the damage, the rear subframe to unibody was bent. The car was parted out completely in February. Most of it went to another 1971 restoration project. I like to think that means it's still alive.

Car Info: ...zeh car drives you!
I am sure he is just an innocent victim of California's draconian government/healthcare system that forces him to operate him vans without insurance/license as he tries to scrape by as a small business operator. Give him a break! Don't you know $3M dollars gets you NOTHING in the Bay area these days?
It is the Camaro owners fault for not paying attention and noticing the van's brakes were shot, so he can out of the way. He is the criminal here! They should jack up his rates, suspend his license and make him take driver lessons. It is good that he is ****ty Camaro is now off the road, so he can buy a proper car like Prius!

Another update
2 Investigates: Why can't the state stop this blacklisted medical van company? - Story | KTVU
It seems the state has no idea how to stop paying this criminal
