My 71 rammed by a Dodge minivan - NastyZ28.com
Summary: this guy is running an illegal, uninsured medical transport company out of Hayward. One of his drivers rammed this a member of my Camaro club's freshly restored Classic Camaro while at a stop light.
I'm hoping to put enough eyes on this guy that he can't ever work in CA again

OP, I'm pm'ing you some info to pass over to Warhorse, I know that car, this sucks. The Guy's shady, I know first hand. His Son(s) more so.
**Anyone knowing or approaching Mr. Rabah, be aware he has a court date pending for Driving on Suspended with an illegally concealed weapon. Approach with caution or better yet call the police.**
(As to the edit I just did here, sorry Guys, I like my job, can't afford to get in trouble for sharing information I have access to, even if there's a way you all can easily find it yourselves.*)
It shouldn't be too hard for the Sheriff's Department to post someone within view of the property in CV. He parks some of the vehicles out back behind the house, you can see them from the farm. /justsaying

Additional, tell Warhorse to also get in touch with IHSS (In-Home Supportive (Social) Services). Their main office is up in Oakland. They refer out to Rabah's company, along with the local Retirement Home off of Foothill. Easy way to at least hurt his pocketbook for a little bit.

So it is been close to 6 months and this guy is still operating?!? F*ck the reporters and official investigations. I suggest the Overbear route...it is not like the guy will report anything if he is running an illegal shady operation.

Apparently another one of Rabbah's driver's got busted for driving uninsured and unlicensed last week. KTVU got interested and found the Nz28 thread while doing research.
