just wondering..anyone interested in a sti motor in the bay?

long story short..offered this guy a low offer on ebay hoping he'd accept it.
from 5k plus ship to 3.4k plus ship. thinking it was a long shot, i already went ahead and picked up a 03 wrx wrecked with a motor in it.

comes with EVERYTHING minus the stock IC and tranny. not looking to make a penny off a member on here. i won the auction at 3400 plus 400 shipping to a residential address or 350 to a business.

so either now i retract the win and take a negative feedback, or go through with it and help someone out with a good deal while im at it.

heres the link to the auction.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...K%3AMEWNX%3AIT

lemme know if you guys want it before i back out of the deal.

Decided to go turbo, so now i need a job and get an STI motor non AVCS and WRX tranny. I'm told that the STi motor has an oil passage that throws oil onto the rod bearings that the non STis don't have. I really want that motor off of you, but no money and i need a tranny.

i know a shop that can pull your stock motor, install the new motor for 1400.
but you would have to find your way to wire it up.

Hit up known shops around you and sell if they want to buy it. Supposedly Autohq installs brand new short blocks for 2k plus labor. If the customer wants to buy your motor then let shop know so they can arrange to pay for it.
