If only it was a gold Prius I would say it sounds like someone I almost got into a fight with. Not paying attention, goes into the right turn lane and almost hits a bicyclist that signaled their change to go straight and then pulls up beside the bicyclist and starts yelling at them, probably telling them they are stupid or something. Meanwhile the light is green in front, so I honk my horn at this jackass and he brake checks me. I almost stopped the car and got out but my mom was with me. So I went around him while he was trying to put his POS Prius back into gear.
