So speaking of the 335i - I read on another forum that BMW has developed a sneaky/smart software system that runs a series of checks on the ECU and systems to see if anything has been taken out of factory specs (boost raised, etc) and will instantly void the vehicle warranty with any variances from factory settings. It said 54 warranties had been cancelled as of that post. Wonder if it's true...
