just picked up a new ride

just picked up another car. a e36 ///M3 im hella happy..... drove home and drifted a corner doing like 55 god those things are so predictable. ill put pics up later... i was just hella extied and had to share...

looks like the subie is going in the storage garage for a while.

just got some pics up

noob my ***! ive worked for bmw as a tech for 2 years... and on top of that i have owned and driven bmw's for far longer...... and yes i love the tossability of this car...thats why i bought it.

2 dr. i dont know if i like the color but the deal was to good to pass up.

daytona violet is the color, its got the manual vaders too.....

Sorry to hijack, but since you're a BMW tech, I was wondering where does one hook up the E39 M5 in the front if you were to strap it down on the dyno? The control arm and the aluminum bar behind the control arm both have stickers that say "do not hook or pull". TIA.

honestly the best place would be to use the tow hook in the tool kit, and use that on the front bumper. everything under the boday will end up damaging the car. the stickers that you see are on the tie rods..not the control arms. you might be able to get away using the control arms...
