It's a silver one, with short shift, boost gauge, and armrest
The price was good too. ~$1000 below invoice after the $750 Subaru rebate. And the funny thing is I actaully got it from Stevens Creek knowing all the complaints here.
I actaully have the Subaru VIP letter that lets me get the car at invoice. I even indicated that I would go to Carlsen. I went there Friday, and Larry wasn't there. Talked to another sales manager there, telling him that quite a few people are already getting the cars below invoice (I have read $1500 below in Auburn, CA) and whether he would like to work with me to find a car. He was totally unwilling and insisted that I have to go and go through other dealers' systems for those prices (I told him that Stevens Creek have a $1500 below invoice add for 7 base wagons). So I said good bye and went to Stevens Creek.
Originally just planned to take a look and then go to Santa Cruz the next day. But ended up driving the wagon out of their lot
Process was okay (old school dealing), finance manager offered me the extended warranty, promised me that he will take it off the contract if I don't want it after thinking about it over night, and put it on paper. Went back on Saturday and cancelled without problems, don't even need to deal with cancellation paper work.
Can't beat 0% for 24 months Subaru is offering now too =)
As you can see I am so excited with my new car
