My friends and I have had this arguement many times. What are your top 3 funniest movies? We can never agree on a top 3. Mine are as followed in order from best to least:

1) Dumb and Dumber

2) Happy Gilmore

3) Mr. Deeds

I like just about all of those movies......very funny....although not sure about the fast and the furious, i suppose it could be funny if you sit there and make fun of the cars and the one liners they drop in their? perhaps?
