So I'm on my way back home from the grocery store and I see this little blue honda hatch that has annoyed me for years. First encounter was when he revved at me from across the street after I had parallel parked and shut off my engine, and proceeded to get out of my car and head into a restaurant. He's one of those guys that goes through city streets at 4k rpm, because who doesn't like the sound of a ****ty honduh motor with an ebay catback?

Today though, he was behind me and got stuck at quite a few red lights, so I had gained quite some distance on him. Miraculously through his idiotic driving he caught up and I saw him go flying by in an empty lane WELL over the speed limit (mind you still in town too).

He gets into the lane next to me and slows down so that his rear bumper is about even with my front, and then takes off. He has to slow down because there is a car ahead of him, so I downshift so I can run up next to him, but he takes this to mean I want to race, so he jumps in front of me, cutting me off, and staring at me in his side view mirror. I give him a big thumbs down and mouth "worthless." So he gets over again and gets next to me and goes "wtfm8?"

I proceed to tell him to stop driving like a ****ing idiot and that he gives all imports a bad name. He starts threatening to kick my *** (while driving ) and he gets in behind me. I roll up my windows, call the cops, and report the irate honda driver thats following me and threatening to kick me ***

In hindsight, I probably could have worded it better than "stop driving like a ****ing idiot." But I feel that it got my point across clearly.

 

Oh, and my dog was in the back seat, hanging his head out the window. Not only am I not going to race on the streets, but I don't even drive spiritedly when my dog is with me.

 

okay, the dog part is what officially just did me in. To me, that's like having a baby in your car. What an absolute idiot that guy was; funny how I used to have a swapped out Honda, and now I so dislike so many Honda people for reasons just like this.

 

They only get one finger while I'm shifting gears...

 

So, did the cops get him?

 

He stopped following me, and I wanted to get home, so I don't know. The area we were in is usually heavily saturated with cops though.

 

Oh, and besides the eBay fart can, this car included other high tech Honda racing gems such as steelies, and max negative camber.

 

This reminds me, I need to get these stickers made! The idea was proposed a long time ago, but I never actually got them made.

 

There's a guy in a yellow Lotus Elise with exhaust that goes through the Castro area in SF. He NEVERS shifts out of 1st gear. He'll just drive around in 1st gear through Castro pretending that he's the sh**. Guess he's just trying to get attention so he can pick up some guys.

 

So how was the ride in the Elise, Marshall ?
