I miss it.

I used to go to the top of my buidling in SOMA and watch fleet week. Frickin awesome. I could literally see them coming down under the bridge....flying within hundreds of feet of my head...even below building level.

besides the food probably the only thing I miss from S.F.

 

6 of them flew over the house i was working at today in mill valley, super low it seemed like, pretty cool

 

Saw them land into SFO this morning around 10:40. Flew in formation then split up and landed one at a time. Saw them again after lunch and their C-130 which took off almost straight up !
Also saw the tail and part of the fuselage of the A380 all the way from South City.

 

I used to live next to Hill Airforce base in Utah and i mean i was the first thing they flew over when they took off every day all day long. At first it was loud as hell to me then you get used to it. The worst days were when they were deploying to iraq cus that was one right after another all day long.

about 2:30ish i saw the big plane land at SFO it looked like it was doing a nose dive into a landing... then on the way home got a good view over the 101 from south city... and then on the 280... Cant wait to watch them this weekend!!!

I was down at paul ave in SF today and saw 4 flying in formation. I guess this thread explains things then :P.

 

haha... I remember those days when I used to live in SF...

 

what day were you at the airshow? I had free tickets to friday night, but Saturday and Sunday are definitely better shows
