My thing is with nasioc.com is that the mods can dish it, but they can't take it. Baby McBaby pants there. If a thread gets out of hand, close it or leave it be until someone can actually give a legit answer. Really hate that "my way or the highway" attitude unabomber's got there. What's wrong with a member telling someone, "That's insufficient information there, can anyone else elaborate?"?

 

I really loathe that place... I don't understand why they are so strict! You can get banned for the TINIEST infraction, hell, you can get banned for not doing ANYTHING at all. I don't understand why people still go there... If it wasn't for their OT forum (mass traffic) that place would be a ghost town. There are a handful of good folks on NAZIOK but that's something that is very limited and not worth visiting the site for.

I still can't believe how Nick stole "i-club/NASIOC" from Alex... That was such a beyotch move that I didn't believe that it actually happened when Alex called me and told me. He's lucky he (Nick) didn't steal the site from someone like "overbear" or someone of that nature... We would probably have live video of Nick's brain splattering all over his bathroom wall from a .308 shot fired by remote control while overbear was on an airplane going to europe so that he would have a solid alibi.

Oh come on, like you guys wouldn't watch (and ********** to the said video) that video! Don't lie!

 

Nah, overbear would get the job done by getting the site BACK, plus he'd make the guy shat his pants, wash his Forester, and cook him dinner.

BTW, I just read that NASIOC thread since NAZIOCK seemed to be down earlier (or at least not working from the machine I was using, probably because it was somehow banned for having a wrong digit in the IP address, like banning all IP's that have the number 9 in them, just for the hell of it because it's offensive to people that like the number 8 over the latter number).

Wow, the dude not only got a totally ***-hat response from the moderator (Why would a moderator tell you NOT to ask a very valid question regarding the car that the forum is intended for?! :wtf: ), but he got banned for trying to stay on topic and seek out a valid answer for the question that he was asking!

Sure, he called the mod an "***", but it was more then well deserved and he deserved to be called a lot more than an "***". I've met unibomber and he was in the military (which I respect dearly), regardless of how I view him as a person, his responses were TOTALLY uncalled for and beyond ridiculous. I honestly think he was REALLY bored and possibly menstrating and his nipples were chafing while he posted that. What else could harbor such a response? I can understand a rogue member responding to a thread just to be an ahole, but for a moderator and long time member to discourage asking questions that have yet to be discussed prior is pretty damn ridiculous.

Nick is a ****ing moron and doesn't know how to manage that message board worth a damn. He knows how to run the backend (overbear?), but when it comes to having a functional staff to manage the threads/posts on the site, he's as clueless as his ugly *** wife. I don't know why I ever even attempted or tried to be nice to him... What a waste of time. I guess I was just following the old "keep your friends close and your enemies closer" saying a bit too closely.


There will ALWAYS be the overly sensitive bunch of couch-jockies that will have problems with someone just for the mere fact that they are moderators, even if those said mods don't enforce any rules or do anything to "moderate", but rather just because of the fact that they are "moderators", and I can understand someone's angst towards authority, but this dude has some major issues at home that he's taking out on the general populous... Like the neighbor that everyone hates for that certain reason (the one that whines and *****es about EVERYTHING that you do... Everyone has that one neighbor)


Lets just all be happy that our cars didn't come with clear mudflaps... At least we all have that. (Or do we!?)

im back.fyi-if you dont have the answer to something or know were to find it say so.giving bad info like"a filter is a filter is a filter"is pretty dumb.people who read that will take it as correct since you said it.the real fact is that it matters what micron the filter can handle and how well it flows filtering down to that small of a micron.unlock the thread so i can post what golan,Injector dynamics and DW emailed to me about what is suggested for given fuels and flow rates.
