my japanese is EXTREMELY bad, but i think it says
Good afternoon sayuri (not sure of that word, is it a name?) pleased to meet you.
Yoroshiku onegaishimasu has no direct translation, but it's something you say when you first meet someone.

Thanks...
Thank you for the translation. Someone I played a few games of Literati with on Yahoo sent this to me...
...I just wanted to see what it said.

Closest translation I can get is, "Good evening. Sayuri, pleased to meet you." Yoroshiku onegaishimasu is often used as "pleased to meet you," but actually translated idiomatically to "let's cooperate" or "please treat me kindly". I guess the person you were playing Literati with is named Sayuri, and she's pleased to meet you?
The sentence is technically somewhat ungrammatical. こんばんは。さゆりよろしくお願いします。konbanwa. sayuri yoroshiku onegaishimasu.
