Tony, first off nice job on the many iterations you've done. I def. see them on a t-shirt/sweatshirt
Next, may I make a suggestion of simplifying the design of the cars that you place. Simpler, as in closer to the graphic of the observatory you designed. The cars look like a photo that was taken into photoshop and treated with the threshold tool or a similar tool. I think that it can be further treated to have a simpler graphic emphasizing characteristics that are distinctively Subaru/Impreza etc. by simply painting them in using the pen tool in Illustrator or even Photoshop.~g
It's a small, low resolution, idea... just like other people are also making suggestions, mine is no different, except for the fact that I actually spent the two seconds it takes to create a visual instead of just typing it out, so chill and stop tripping, it's not like I am going to print it out or jack the ideas and call them my own

... and it does flow, quite nicely

Thats not my car... it's a GC... but it has a 9 on it, which is what my color scheme used to be back in the day during the original Mt Hamilton Days, you know, when you were driving a HONDA.
(and lets stop it at that.)
(and lets stop it at that.)
and for the record, I've never driven a Honda smart guy... two subies and a silverado
(now that you stand corrected, feel free to stop it at that
)This is the reason I assumed it was yours... isn't this your old car?

My bad if I'm wrong in thinking that was your car and it isn't.

Just remember: We are all 'critics' here because we can be. Don't let too many dictate how the design should look, but mad props to the designer (and Adobe) for making it easy to do so.
Now for my $.02...
I like em all! The first design looked the best IMO (w/o the butterfly) Maybe try moving the I-club.com above the 2007 so it weighs out better?! Though I'm all for the GC's in the shot, I think going with with the latest generation better dates the event for years to come.
i.e.: Hamilton meet 2015, the original design would be a good representation of what 2007 looked like. (model-wise)

For the new GC design maybe make the car all white with gray outlines and highlights so it matches with the observatory more and doesnt look like it was just stuck on there to make it a car related shirt. Also if the "target" adds are a no go for the bottom i'd lose them in the top section too. Other then that I'm diggin it
