There is no damn secret to being healthy. Workout, sweat hard for 20min straight if not more. Lift weights/cardio change it up when you get bored. Eat healthy.

We've joked about this one for a long time. If there was a really hot chick around "I think I just got my whole 10 minutes in, in 3" or "I have to go work on my 10 minutes..." It isn't about outright health, just a funny observation.
