Isuzu Vehicross? Yay or Nay?

What y'all think about 'em? Yay, or Ghey?

There are a couple in the Bay Area I can score for $10-14k... these suckers sold for $40k in the dot com era.

Supposedly they are awesome due to Torque on Demand, a short wheel-base, etc. Obviously it isn't a rock-crawler, but it'd be a ton of fun doing trails/ hillclimbs like at Hollister.

Just wondering if anyone has personal experience with 'em.

i wheeled with a couple of them.

nice execution. but ugly as sin. although owners would disagree with me.

it was supposed to be a jeep fighter but never really got the market share. so it was dumped.
