InstallingOEM sub?

heya folks


just wonderin where you get the wire, cause i thought it came in the car, but i've taken my seat out for better access... and i cant' find the wire that will connect to the stock sub.


any help?

oh man your f..cked do you have the harness at all... or just the sub with a harness hole?

you really need the harness bro to install that thing... or alteast the part that hooks up to the sub with some wire to work with

when u buy the sub it should have came with the harness. Or whoever u got the sub from should have it if you bought it 2nd hand off someone.

Rather easy. Take out the oem deck (6 bolts), unplug the harness(unbolt the ground), and unplug it on the subwoofer end, then yank it out of the car.

The harness is just a tap and pass-thru for the existing harness. You could get by with a good set of vampire clips. I think the pinout is printed on the subwoofer, isn't it? Otherwise you'd have to bribe someone to open their dash to copy down the info for you....
