How would you suggest getting an old one off?
Heating it with Blow Dryer was my thought....

I popped mine out with a screw driver. Just be careful with the plastic. Don't want to scratch it up. I think, its been a while. You could always just take the grill out and see if there is a way to push it out from behind.
