Infineon I-Club day?

Hey guys,

I know a lot of you guys like to drag race, so I was thinking of putting together an Infineon I-club (possibly also clubwrx) day. We could choose a day, (any wednesday or possible a holiday) and go to the track as a group.

I've looked on the Infineon website and here are the following dates on which we could possibly go.

Tell me which one you can make so that we could possibly arrange this, and maybe meet u before the track.

07/21/2004 Wednesday Night Drags
07/24/2004 Braket Racing
08/04/2004 Wednesday Night Drags
08/11/2004 Wednesday Night Drags
08/18/2004 Wednesday Night Drags
08/21/2004 Braket Racing

Tell me what you guys think

Oleg

ya
i just found dragging boring after the first two times, granted it can be fun, i just dont get that big of a kick out of it, track days are where its at

but i agree, when i used to go, only 2 or 3 suby's would besides me, and most of the time the other guys were punk kids who's parents bought them the car and they nothing about it and think they are better than everyone else, so that also turned me off from headin out there

i always loose the HS class. it sucks. these kids practice all the time. Their parents are always there to cheer em on. My folks are like... racing is bad. cars are bad. use your car to get yourself from school to home and vice versa. lol.

I will most likely be there on the 24th of July (pretty sure). It's a Saturday, so everyone should be able to make it.

Lets get more than 2-3 suby's to go this time.

Wednesday nights is $15 for HS, and $20 for everything else. Braket Races are $20 for Trophy and HS, and $50 for all other classes. I think that $5 isn't much of a difference.

Wednesday night drags are good, but most people can't make it because of work. I understand that you're still in high school or just graduated, so you shoudn't have any trouble attending (neither will I, I only work until 2pm).

I wish we could have that, but it would come out to be around $400 per person at sears point, and we'd have to plan about a year ahead.

I am thinking about the 24th for bracket racing. It is pretty hard for me to get off work early at this new job.

haha. that's crazy. i've never seen somebody get kicked out for that. some guy got the shoe for not wearing a helmet when he was on his bike. Another got the shoe because his car didn't have a cage and he hit 12s.haha.
