Indian Larry

I can't believe no one has talked about the passing of Indian Larry.

Either that or I missed it.

Whether or not it's been talked about.

RIP Indian Larry.

guys like him aren't around too much anymore. Old school bikes. jokey shifters. Outlaws and what not. Just a classic guy. What got custom bikes to where they are today.

Died while performing one of his trademark stunts....

Does anyone have a link to a good article about what happened? I always enjoyed watching him on the Discovery channel. To be honest I wasn't a big fan of his bikes, a little to "rat fink"esque for me, but you'd have to be a fool to not realize that he was a great part of the history of custom choppers. He definatly "kept it real" and dealt with custom choppers as more a lifestyle than a way to make money. RIP

Here's a link...

I'm sure there will be a better article coming out soon about the whole thing but this is a news story about it. I'm sure some Chopper mag will do a peice on it.

He was standing up on the seat, like you have seen him do 1,000,000 times, w/o a helmet, the bike started to wobble and he fell. As sad as it is to see him go, I guess Darwin finally caught up. Hopefully some of the dumbasses around the country that ride w/o helmets will finally realize exactly how stupid it is.
