I swear these ****ers has been slapping their music since 6 in the morning...my house has been shaking like crazy...i'm sorry...i love oakland, but people need to be more considerate, i ****in want to go outside pop their hood and rip out the battery from their car...I'm not one to like to call the cops on people and be a party pooper but its friggin 9 in the morning now and i want my sleep back!

 

Wait till they are sleeping and blast heavy metal

1) put speakers in your window facing out
2) turn on Waylon Jennings or similar

This reminds me of when I was living in these condos out in Vallejo. My next door neighbor used to "sell" out of his place, so i'd constantly have to deal with ppl looking to "buy" pounding on his door (which of course was right next to mine) at ALL hours. Not to mention the loud a$$ music, parties, fights, etc. Living next to drug dealers FTL.

Really? Unlike you, I don't like Oakland at all. Yup, I think it's a dump. To me, Oakland is like Hunter's Point on a metropolis scale.

And this is coming from a person who's been living in Tenderloin (Jones & Ellis) since '88 through '07.

 

i will take oakland over HP/ Bayview any day.

 

I wake up to my neighbors playing music all the time. What I really hated was when I woke up to their damn kids sitting on top of the concrete wall that separates our houses talking about what would happen if they came into our yard and if our husky would bite them.
