Last years Mt. Hammy meet turned out like 123 Subarus. This year should be bigger.

We should hit 170 easy. we COULD tip 200... that would be amazing, and put a national meet like imprezafest to shame numbers wise. But Imprezafest looks to be like a great meet.

I would have called it Subiefest, or something like that. Many, many more other models than impreza's out there.

Why on earth is ImprezaFest in St. Louis of all places?!
Well, now we have the ambition to make Mt. Hammy even bigger than this one just to prove to them how cool we are

Well, actually I've been to a national event for my other car (see the username) in St Louis back in 2002.

The Track facility there (Gateway) ROCKS! A banked oval, a cool road course inside the oval (that uses about 1/2 of the oval for part of the course....you'll hit 110+ MPH across the start/finish line, easily), a HUGE parking lot outside that you can throw a killer autocross in, and the dragstrip right next door. First class facility, all the way.

St Louis is a fun town, lots to do.

Also, it is about center of the country, which means that while some folks have to drive a long ways (i.e. about 1800 miles each way for us in the Bay Area), you end up with no-one that has to go a VERY long ways (i.e. 3000+ miles) to get there. Even 1800 miles can be done in 2 LONG or 3 fairly relaxing days.

Hmmm come to think of it then, it does make sense doesn't it? I guess the only folks that would have issues would be Alaskans and Hawaiians
Thanks for the clarification
And yeah, 75 bones is kinda steep huh?
