Hey guy my buddy just bought a 95 impreza. He wants to know if the parts from a 98-01 are interchangeable. Thanks

 

Of course! The 98-01 parts interchange 100% with other 98-01 cars.

As far as interchangeability with a '95, that's all his prerogative. There's a lot of parts that interchange perfectly, and a lot that don't i.e. strut tops/ trim/ steering splines etc. What's the application?

 

He's looking to upgrade the suspension so like strut tower bars, sway bars shocks or coilovers, and maybe brakes. I have calipers from my 02 Wrx would that work for him?

 

For a 98-01 to 95 interchange:

-strut tower bars work
-sway bars work (ONLY if both cars are AWD)
-struts/tops work (ONLY if both cars are AWD)
-calipers from the wrx will work too, however need new carriers and rotors.

the hood, headlights, and grill are semi interchangeable
coilover and shocks/springs should be the same as long as the car is awd
