Importing parts from the philippines?

I know a lot of people her have friends/family in the philippines and visit quite often. So I thought to ask here if anyone ever had experience with shipping large items from there? I'm looking to buy a bumper from a shop in Manila, they agree to ship it here for me but I have to find a shipping company that'll do it for not for an arm and a leg (not more than 2 bills for shipping)... Anyone???

I appeciate it if you do! Just some additional info the box would be 68x34x15 inches, weight approx 10lbs. Ocean freight will do for this item since i'm not made of money.

I'm just googleing random places right now and some of these places looks kinda shady
