Impact Wrench? Anyone have one I can borrow/use?

They've been taken off before when the LCAs were installed. An impact wrench was used that day. I don't know if they were over torqued though.
LCA bolts might have some locktite on them though. I don't see it too often from the factory, but once in a while you do have bolts that are kind of important that have it on them.
