Look at your cash. It is not an American dollar bill. Those don't exist. What we have are bank notes from a private bank. The Federal Reserve is just like Wells Fargo, it just has a fancier name. It is private bank that decides how the country's economic state. Scary, huh?

at this point sure, but eventually we will be hit something that we can't cure or fight, like a situation from outbreak. I'd hope we'd get help, just like I'm sure others around the world hope we could help them.

The Federal Reserve Bank is not a private bank, it is a government institution, it dictates the rates on everything, from your deposits in your savings account to the interest rate you pay on your mortgage.

I do work in the finance department at a bank, I would like to think I know a thing or two about banking. I wouldnt get used to me being right though, thats probably not a common occurance.
