friend: yesterday the police pulled me over
me: uh oh. what for?
friend: because my exhaust its too loud, the clear signal lights, and he said its illegal to have intakes
friend: which I dont believe
me: is it carb approved?
friend: it says carb 406
friend: he sent me to the referee
me: clear signal lights are legal!
friend: he said that in the rear bumper I should have a light marker
me: my state lamp handbook says you only need reflectors on the sides if you are a truck, trailer or bus over 80" in width
friend: PLUS I forgot my driver license at home...the whole wallet. so my parents needed to come over and bring my wallet
friend: so i stayed waiting. if not, he was going to town my car away
me: that sucks,what a jerk
friend: yea I know
friend: in the mean time i cant use my car. he said I cant until i fix everything
friend: then he told me "i know you race this car
friend: i said ''this is even an auto, how can i race it?"
friend: and i am not into that. i told him that
me: do you know the officer's name?
me: do you have it on the ticket? i bet it was rosette
friend: :-o
friend: what the heck
friend: how did you know?
friend: thats the guy

Needless to say, I impressed him with my my psychic skills.

there's a militant cop in hawaii, who has it in for any modded car, regardless if you have a pba card or not. his actual name is Mike Hunt.


cops who pull people over for stupid ish = suckage. if they get me for speeding, all right, you got me. if they stop me for a clear corner light that flashes orange, ..|.,

 

have your friend fight the ticket.

meanwhile, have your friend request a FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT on him. ask for all records that rossette has given in the last five years. heck.. his entire career in fremont PD.

i heard this guy was a fremont cop. does anyone know what area he patrols in? I work on the border of Fremont/Milpitas, I haven't had to deal with him yet.

 

Right around there. mostly the AutoMall Parkway area

 

Rosette is the ****tiest cop out there he will bust you for anything. Its becase of his personal life, its sucks so bad he has to screw with people to fell better about himself.

 

whew I get off on Scott Creek from 680, or Dixon Landing from 880.

well i've driven in that part of fremont exactly 2 times in my life with my car. but you know what they say...3rd time is the charm. now i'll have to make sure to avoid the area completely.

anyone know his usual work schedule? day? night?

 

I can't say I know his work schedule, but I've been told that he patrols in an police SUV. I think he works the morning shift. One of my friend's owns the Subway/Big Apple Bagels on Mowry across from Semo Sushi. She told me that he's come into their store a couple of times fitted in his police uniform.

Of course, all this information that could have been given to me might be bull.

 

Even some of the guys over on the Saturn/Turbo'd Saturn forums complain about Rosette. Ha. What a punk.
